TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EEVEE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Extension shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
